Kids Karate Classes in Lai Chi Kok
Lau's Karate Lai Chi Kok Dojo is at Chorós studio, Unit D, 9/F, 658 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, about a 2-minute walk from Lai Chi Kok MTR Exit B1. It is convenient for families in Lai Chi Kok, Cheung Sha Wan, Mei Foo and Sham Shui Po.
The curriculum was designed by Director Lau Chi Ming and Technical Consultant Grace Lau Mo Sheung. Both are elite athletes of the Hong Kong karate team and have been named Hong Kong Outstanding Athletes. Classes cover karate etiquette, fundamentals, kata and kumite, progressing step by step to build discipline, focus and confidence.
